Safety & Training

Smith Energy has a full-time safety and training team. They work with their customers to meet all of their safety qualifications. They utilize ISNET World, Veriforce, PEC/Safeland Training, NCMS, and other customer required training programs needed to meet or exceed their customer's important safety requirements. SESI maintains an EMR of .80 for 2024 - 2025.

Safety Manual

The company has a complete Safety Manual. The manual outlines all areas of the company’s business where safety hazards may exist. New employee orientation includes familiarizing and testing the new employee with the company’s safety policies and procedures.
